Can you please add a feature where my ticket and responses are kept in my account or is there a way to find them by my user name? The forum search is less than.. well useful.

Hi jeffburns – forum search is a tad limited and we hope to improve that. In the meantime the best we can offer is your forum profile page which lists a number of the topics you have created and participated in (this is the same link as you would follow if you clicked on your username in your above post).

We do feel your pain, though, we too would love better search facilities and as soon as we are able to we’ll certainly get something in place.
