    Hello, I upgraded to Tickets Plus and fixed the error but still my tickets are NOT showing to purchase, please help I have people waiting to buy this is horrible.

    Hi Jen,

    Using Event Tickets Plus requires having Event Tickets (the free core plugin) installed and active as well. Can you confirm that you have both installed and updated to version 4.0.2?

    yes I do have that, it seems that the tickets reset their dates to earlier this year with the update. I fixed it thanks.
