    Hi,
    I have the following event which its ticket is not showing up as available to purchase / add to cart.

    I have checked start and end dates, cleared history and cache and cannot see why this ticket will not be showing. It was working up until 30/8. I noticed it originally had an end date of 1/9 however when i amended that end date or complete removed the dates the ticket still did not show as available to add to cart.

    I also checked another event as below which is a free event for our members and has 2 types of tickets 1 – zero value and another $495 for revisits. This one is showing the option to add ticker to cart for the one that has no monetary value. The one that is $495 is not showing up as a choice at all.

    I just checked the MLB one and it had an end date of 15/8 so updated its date to be 30/11 and still not showing up.

    I am running the latest version of Tickets Plus and Events Calendar plugins.
    I have cleared the cache and history of my browsers
    I have tried in Safari and Firefox.

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    Sorry about this issue. I will try to help you solve this.

    I checked the HWLH url you sent, that page lead me to another when I clicked on “Click here to secure your place.” And that page showed one ticket for $454.55 (screenshot) and seems to be working.

    Are you missing the tickets somewhere else? Can you please share direct URLs to those?

    It would also be helpful if you could send some screenshots of how the tickets are set up for those events which don’t show them.
