ParticipantHello,
I have two urgent problems with ticket issuing.1.
There are 45 sold items in EDD.
There are 41 sold, 1 remaining, 3 awaiting tickets in Events/Participants.
All 45 tickets were bought by 4 customers with 4 payments.
Why Events show 41+1+3?2.
A customer bought some tickets with one payment.
EDD payment is OK.
The customer got in the same minute two identical emails with tickets – but with doubled tickets for each event, she wants to visit.
There are doubled tickets for this customer In particular events – for example, she got 4 tickets instead 2 tickets. Thanks for rapid solving. We can’ť rely on Tickets status calculations.

KeymasterAhoj znovu,
What payment gateway are you using? I’m asking because we are aware of some issues with the PayPal IPN verification, where sometimes when a payment is completed, they don’t get marked completed in WooCommerce / EDD. This is something beyond us.
In order to be able to give you a fuller explanation on the 41+1+3 I would need more details, likely a database dump. But…
I believe the “3 awaiting” could be the case of what I mentioned above. The tickets get paid, the transaction is successful, but somehow this success info doesn’t get to EDD anymore, so it stays “pending” or “processing” or some similar status.
If you are sure those got paid then you can go to the EDD Downloads > Payment History, open the transaction in question and simply set it to completed.
As for the 1 remaining I would need more information. Do the sales under EDD Downloads > Payment History add up to 45?
The customer got in the same minute two identical emails with tickets
Did she get the exact same tickets twice? Or she got 2 tickets with the real purchase and 2 totally new / unique tickets with the face / duplicate purchase?
Is this a unique case or did it happen more times?
Can it be that she clicked twice on the “Purchase” button? (She clicked once, nothing seemed to happen or the server didn’t respond in time so she clicked again?)
Čau,

KeymasterHi Jan,
Thanks for the details! Diky moc! 😉
A full database dump would help me the most. If it is too big to upload here, then you can share it via some cloud service and I’ll take a look at it.
