Hi,
I have an issue with the Event tickets stock.
I set the inventory stock to 11 Member tickets and 12 Guest tickets.
15 Member tickets were sold and 13 Guest tickets. 5 in excess.
Now the stock quantity in WooCommerce is -1 for guests and -4 for Members.
The tickets show as “Out of Stock” on the event page.
How is this possible. Please advise how I can prevent this from happening in the future.
Sorry to hear it – that definitely shouldn’t happen!
I do notice you are a few (minor) versions behind, in relation to your copies of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Can you update those? Similarly, WooCommerce appears to be a little out of date.
Can you tell me a little more about your tickets – are they set to use shared capacity or does one/both have a fixed, non-shared capacity? You can check on this by editing each ticket – you should see something similar to this:
