    I have something weird happening on this site.
    For me as the administrator and having made the changes to the prices of the tickets the event pricing is showing correctly for me.
    But my colleague has been checking things over and she is seeing the prices differently (how they originally were).
    We don’t have a caching plugin on the site so I am not sure what the deal is.

    Hello Amanda,

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are having this issue. Let me help you with it.

    Beside a caching plugin also the browser can cache some pages based on some settings in the browser itself. Try to empty the browser cache and check the page then.

    In most recent browsers you can delete the cache with pressing Ctrl + Shift + Del. This should bring up a window where you can select what all you want to delete.

    Try and let me know how that works out.

    I did try clearing the browser cache but this did not assist.

    I worked out the problem. It was to do with the tax settings in woo commerce. I have resolved this problem now.
