    This is from one of my customers:

    “I’m trying to buy tickets to the Kansas City super flye tour. The purchase site is doing crazy things. I chose 2 tickets to KC. Went to the cart. There were 2 tickets to KC and 2 for St Louis. I removed the st Louis tickets and went to pay. It had someone else’s address and information. I changed it to mine then it had no tickets for KC and 1 ticket to Chicago. I just got out and didn’t get the tickets.”

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. We haven’t heard of others reporting this.

    Were you able to replicate this issue yourself?

    Could you please send me a link to this event’s single page?

    You might also want to check with your host about PHP sessions, caching, and such.

    Changing your site to HTTPS might also help avoid issues like this.
