Tickets sales have ended error

    My clients have an event that they are trying to sell tickets for that ends today but it’s saying that tickets are no longer available…

    We set the end date to tomorrow b/c it was set to today, the 23rd, and thought that might be the issue. It wasn’t. How do I fix this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m really sorry about this. That’s a bug we are aware of. A fix has been developed for this and currently it is waiting to go through testing. If it passes the test then the fix will ship hopefully next week in the maintenance release. Please hang in there.

    The workaround until then is to set the sale end date possibly even further in the future. There is an error in how that is calculated.
