Hi I am trying to determine if your product will work as a solution for our site. It looks fantastic, but I have a few questions. I have read the documentation and can’t find answers to these few items:

    1. is there a way to create an event and have it not display on the calendar. This would allow us to send a link to a certain group of people, but not necessarily have it publicly listed.
    2. is it possible to have admin access for tickets separated by venue or organizer? This would allow specific admins to login and only see ticket orders for the events they have access to.
    3. I see you offer reporting, but I couldn’t see to what extent. Is it possible to run ticket reports based on venue or organizer?

Thank you in advance for the answers.

    Howdy Traci,

It’s nice to meet you! Thanks for considering the plugin. I am happy to help answer your questions.

    1. Absolutely. When creating an event you can select Visibility: Private to unlist the event. You can even go a step further and add a password to the event if you prefer that folks will type in before seeing it.
    2. It is not possible to limit access for admins. They either have access to all sales data, or none.
    3. This can be a bit confusing. We have a few different Ticketing plugins, and they all tie in to an ecommerce platform of your choosing. What they do is add events as a product to that ecommerce storeĀ and make purchasing of those products/tickets form the events page a breeze. The actual checkout, collection of payments, reporting, etc. is all handled by the ecommerce store. So if you are interested in reporting you will first want to find an ecommerce platform that has the sales reports you want. The two most popular ones are WooCommerce and Eventbrite. You might check both of those out.

Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.

    Cheers!
