ParticipantHello there,
Recently we’ve trying to use the Tickets Pro plugin on our development site but have discovered the plugin is no longer active. After viewing the account we saw that the plugins key has now expired, yet to our knowledge, it has not been over the allotted time allocated for when we purchased the plugin.
Could you verify when this plugin was purchased on our account at all and if under the time we purchased why is has been deactivated?
Many thanks,
Ash Lyndhurst

ParticipantAlso, we’ve noticed that the CSV importer for tickets has gone since the update. Is there an alternative way around this and may we ask what the reason was for disabling this function?
Many thanks,

MemberGood afternoon Ash and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. After viewing the account we saw that the plugins key has now expired, yet to our knowledge, it has not been over the allotted time allocated for when we purchased the plugin.
I went ahead and checked your orders.
As it turns out, you have made 3 separate order:
- The order for WooCommerce Tickets (which was then converted into Event Tickets Plus) was placed on 2015-08-17, as such your license has expired on 2016-08-17
- The order for Community Events was placed on 2015-09-11. Your license for it expired on 2016-09-11
- The order for the Events Calendar Pro was placed on 2016-07-06. This license is still good until 2017-07-06
So in other words, it is normal that your Event Tickets Plus is no longer active.
You can simply renew that license at your convenience. Also, we’ve noticed that the CSV importer for tickets has gone since the update. Is there an alternative way around this and may we ask what the reason was for disabling this function?
Actually, the functionality is still there as long as you have a valid Event Tickets Plus license.
To solve this, you could:
- Renew your Event Tickets Plus license
- Downgrade your the Events Calendar plugin so that it matches the Event Tickets Plus version you had when your license expired.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
