    Hi,

This is sort of a pre-sales question in that I’ve done some research and had my client proceed to purchase the plugins based on the research I’ve been able to proceed. If not, can you move this ticket to the appropriate spot.

I’m working on a client website who uses event calendar, event tickets and event tickets plus and to cut a long story short, I’m trying to setup an event page where the ticket “buy” option at the bottom links through to the product page (not the event page). I’ve followed the advice here:

Sell Tickets From the WooCommerce Products Page

but the event url is still hijacked. Is that code still valid for the latest releases of event ticket and event ticket plus given it still references the old name (wooTix)?

To see what I mean, you can visit this page:

    Thanks,
    Stacey

    Hey Stacey,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I see where you are coming from. The code is still valid, it was developed for the Event Tickets / Event Tickets Plus plugin already. WooTix is simply just the name of the function, it has nothing to do with the outdated WooTickets plugin.

I checked the page and it looks like there was no ticket added to that event. So I would check that as a first.

However, here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. Since you / your client have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post your question in the premium forums for that plugin and we can provide you with full, dedicated support there:

    Thanks again and cheers,

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
