Hello Support-Team,
We are having a problem with the Event Tickets Plus Plugin:
If a customer purchases a ticket with PayPal, the email with tickets is not delivered to the customer.
Already checked the settings in Events -> Settings -> Tickets
→ Attendee records are created (checked all boxes except for “as soon as an order is created”)
→ Sending tickets in case of the status “processing” or “completed”
If we go to orders and click on “processing” by hand in case of bankwire payment the ticket email is being send.
If we do the same for customers with PayPal or even complete the order, no ticket is being send.
Do you have any idea why it does not work automatically with paypal?
