Tickets not showing on event pages

    I have just started using ECPro and Woo Tickets – the events I listed in the last couple days are fine, but an event I listed last night and this morning do not show the ticket options. There was a woo update which I installed, but no change. The old events still show tickets and these have none.

    The new events have multiple ticket options, which I thought may be the trigger, but when I take it down to one there is still nothing.

    The events in question are in Feb 2015 on the calendar, as I was adding in chronological order, but am stopped now.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    I took a look at your site and all 3 events in February 2015 are showing there tickets for me.

    Are you not seeing them? Is that the right events? You can provide the links to the events not working in a private reply and I can take a look.

    Let me know and we can go from there.

    Perhaps it was the plugin update taking time to populate? I came back from lunch a few hours later, hit refresh and the tickets were there.

    Could be that or could be cache on the site or server level took time to change.

    Since you marked the ticket resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
