Tickets not showing in events?

Hi
Im trying to set up tickets in events and have the Woocommerce add.on and pro version.
Pleas kindly also tell me if a set date is known for when support for reoccurring event dates tickets option will be released?

Also can I ask you kindly to tell me where tickets are shown as they only appear in the packages section in WP admin panel and not on event view itself or in the Shop page… both the shop page and tickets are published…

Sorry for the issues with the Events not showing. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Tickets on the Events Page
I visited this Event and see the Tickets Available:

The tickets are available on the Event they were created or if you make changes to the ticket product visibility as detailed below:

Tickets on Shop Page
By default the ticktets do not show here. If you would like to show here go to Products Section in the Admin and click on the ticket to edit. Then change this option in the Publish Section:

Please kindly also tell me if a set date is known for when support for reoccurring event dates tickets option will be released?

Unfortunately no date has been site and I do not have any update on when that could be included.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no solution for you as the Tickets are not supported with Recurring Events so anything to change that would be a customization and that is beyond the support we can provide on the forum.

If you want to try this customization yourself and have some questions we can try to answer them, but for the most part you are on your own.

I am going to close this ticket as the original issue has been resolved. If you start your customization and have some question please create a new ticket and we can help you out.
