Tickets not showing

Hi, i’ve installed the plugin today.

I’ve set up different tiers of tickets via Events Calendar plugin but when clicking the event page there’s no add to cart buttons showing. The event post shows 0 tickets sold which is correct but also show 0 tickets remaining?

Also there’s no Google Map showing on the event page, should there be?

Can anyone please help? What am I doing wrong?
