Looks like I spoke too soon, ALL the tickets have gone again even with WPML deactivated.

    Hi Wayne,

I’m sorry you’ve hit up against some difficulties, here.

So did you create the tickets when WPML was activated? If you now create some fresh tickets – without WPML being active – do you find it works as expected?

Unfortunately there are some compatibility issues with WPML owing to the way that plugin functions.

    Hello Barry,

    Thank you for this.

It appears there is indeed a conflict between WPML and Event Calendar tickets as a ticket isn’t always saved against an event when I try and add one even though it tells me it is saved. I have too deactivate WPML, then add the ticket to the event, the reactivate WPML, then the ticket saves as it should and is visible on the frontend. Then I am not sure if the problem exists with Events Calendar or WPML.

Also, as I am new to this, could you please explain your recommended sequence of working in order to get things working correctly as it seems I have too:

First, add an event with WPML deactivated.
Second, add a ticket within this event and save all.
Third, the Event is auto populated into WooCommerce Products so complete the product fields and save.
    Fourth, reactivate WPML.

    Is this correct.
    Thanking you in advance.

    Hi Wayne,

Unfortunately we don’t have a recommended sequence and the fact is that integration with WPML can be problematic — but if you’re finding that flow works for you there’s no reason not to continue with it 🙂
