Tickets not displaying properly – urgent!!

Hi

We had Avada Version: 3.5.3 installs and we where able to have the Ticket sales under the content. We recently updated to Avada 3.9 and now the tickets are not displaying properly. I don’t want them in the side bar. I have attached a screen shot so you can see. This is really urgent as I have a big event happening and people have stopped buying tickets!!

I found this code provided at

Moving the Eventbrite Tickets Box

But it causes a white screen with an error of Tribe__Events__Tickets__Eventbrite__Main class not found

Please advise how I fix this.

I’m sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with updating your theme. Based on the plugin history, it looks like this https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/ is the tutorial you will need to accomplish what you’re looking to do with moving the ticket form.
