Tickets not display in Shop, only in event page

    Hi Support Team,

    For a strange reason the tickets only display at the event page (not immedialty … some hour after creating the ticket) but not in the woocommerce shop.
    In the woocommerce admin products page it’s there but not in the shop front end.

    Please can you help me to solve this issue ?

    Hi Karim,

    Thanks for reaching out on this! I’ll help you on this one.

    Tickets are created with ‘Catalog visibility: Hidden’ per default, you can change that in the ‘Edit Product’ screen -https://cloudup.com/cWdOAQKD7Qs- and set it to ‘Catalog/Search’. That should make the ticket visible in the Shop page.
