Tickets not being sent after user purchases

Tickets are not being sent to the users. I tried it myself and checked the spam folders to.

WooCommerce order confirmation is coming through, so there is no problem with the mail server.

Which plugin are you using to set forum thread statuses and the checkboxes when creating a new thread? Or is it a custom job?
