I have situation with the woocommerce ticket plugin. The tickets are not been saved and not showing either on the front end. I have at the look at your video and it seems like several options are not available with the tickets in my back office. Could you please let me know what could I do to correct it ?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
When you created this topic you noted having tried deactivating all other plugins (except The Events Calendar and, in this case, WooCommerce Tickets and WooCommerce itself) and switching to a default, unmodified theme. Can you confirm if that resolved this problem and, if so, it enabled you to identify another plugin or your theme as causing a conflict?
I have at the look at your video and it seems like several options are not available with the tickets in my back office.
Can you describe what’s missing, or can you share a screenshot showing what you see?
Though it’s not possible to directly upload images with your reply if you could share it via Dropbox or some similar method and drop the link in here that would be great.

Thanks for your message. It seems like this is a conflict with WPML. When I desactivate this plugins The event calendar seems to work fine. After searching online. It looks like a rather known issue. Is that something that you would be able to help fixing ?

Unfortunately we’re pretty limited in terms of what support we can offer re WPML. The way it works presents a number of challenges and, though we’re hopeful of incrementally working with the WPML team to improve things, right now it’s something where we’d really need to leave integration to you or a developer working on your behalf.

We are excited to report that our upcoming release, The Events Calendar 3.12, includes changes that greatly improve the compatibility between The Events Calendar and WPML. We’ve been working hard on this integration for some time and we want to specifically thank all of our users who requested and waited for this feature. We appreciate all of the support and patience!
Version 3.12 of The Events Calendar will greatly improve compatibility with WPML, but we still have work to do. If you run into any problems integrating the two plugins, please post in our forums so that we can look into the issues. We’ll be on the look out for tweaks and fixes that will improve things further.
