Tickets not appearing in single event page

Hi,
I’m using the last version of all Tribe plugins.
please check this event page
http://dev.oceanfit.com.au/event/forries-island-ocean-swim/
as you can see there is no tickets showing up, I checked the single-event template to figure it out but I did not find any code responsible for displaying the tickets.
I created wootickets folder and copied the tickets view to it and called it from my single-event template and it would not show up either.

what I’m missing?

Hi,

Sorry for the issues. I can help out.

I visited the site and see the ticket form under the Details, Organizer, and Other Section.

Are you seeing it now? Did you have a start and end sale date for the tickets? If the current day is not in the range it can cause the ticket form to not show.

We have this guide to moving the ticket form if you would like to move it somewhere else on the single template:
