    We are averaging about 200 ticket sales a day since September 13th and about 4 days ago all the tickets that were confirmed as paid either got canceled or stuck in pending payment. When I check PayPal the payment when thru but it’s not updating confirming the payment on the ticket orders.

    We have to manually verify about 200 ticket orders a day and change them to complete.

    Hi There!

    I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me try to help you with this.

    The ticket order statuses are all managed by WooCommerce and the Paypal IPN system.

    We can definitely leave this open and see if any other members of the community have advice they can offer up.

    However, I would see this as a WooCommerce issue and advise you make use of their support channels if you need further support on this one.
