It certainly is. You can edit the products generated by WooTickets and change the catalog visibility setting appropriately if you wish them to be visible within your WooCommerce storefront.
For the benefit of anyone else who is interested … when you are in the event editor and have set up some tickets (with WooTickets of course) there is an option to Edit in WooCommerce.
This takes you to the WooCommerce product editor for that ticket. In the Publish meta box (which contains the big blue Update or Publish button) you should see a catalog visibility setting which you can adjust to meet your needs.
