    Ideally, we would like our customers to be sent their tickets only after the payment has been completed. When somebody pays by cheque and their order is put on-hold, they still get the tickets emailed to them. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Normally, this is controlled by the settings found underĀ Events -> Settings -> Tickets (at the very bottom).

    With that in mind, it is possible that something in your theme could be overriding this.

    Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
    This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
