GuestHi
I am looking to add eticketing to my daughters school parents association wordpress site and have seen your product.
Ideally I want to be able to have etickets attached to the confirmation email which have some custom information (childs name and class). If someone bought tickets for 2 children it would need two etickets. At the very least it would have details about the 2 children and parents would have to print the email twice. Does your system after anything like this?
Also, would I need any additional plugins to make this work?
I see the price for one site is $89. Is there a discount for UK registered charities? Also, what is the renewal price – I saw it was discounted but I don’t know by how much. I need to be able to present a business case for this and need extra years costings.
Thanks

ParticipantHey Mark,
While we indeed have a whole Non-Profit Partnership Program that issues free Events Calendar Pro licenses to approved non-profits, unfortunately our products do not do exactly what you describe here at this time.
Two tickets, for example, can indeed be purchased; but there are no features in place to add custom information to each ticket like which child it is for, add the child’s name to it, etc. Only one person can but tickets at a time, and so the tickets would just be sent to the email address of the person who entered their personal information at checkout…
In the coming months, we are hoping to release features along the lines of what’s described here. But there is no definite ETA for this at this time – just something we hope to release generally before 2017, for example – and these features do not exist at this time 🙁
I hope this information is clear and helps you proceed – let me know if this is the case, and any other questions you might have here.
Thanks!

GuestHi
Just to confirm, no extra info be collected at all during the process?
Also, how secure is the system if everything happens in my wordpress site? Are any personal details stored there?
Thanks

ParticipantHey Mark,
No extra info can be collected at this time unless you were to write a bunch of custom code to do so. We will be releasing features sometime this year, hopefully, that will enable the collection of extra info. But there is nothing at this time.
As for security, our plugins themselves are secure and WooCommerce itself, which handles the eCommerce aspects of all of this, is secure as well. WooCommerce stores some customer data, namely:
• Name
• Address
• Phone number if entered
• Email addressNo payment data is stored on your site or in your database, ever. Users have to use PayPal to make their purchase, or other payment gateways if you add them, like Stripe. These payment processors themselves handle all payment-related data.
I hope this information helps!
Cheers,
