Tickets for community events

Hi Im purchase your Calendar Pro along with the tickets plus plugin and community tickets plugin.

When someone purchases a ticket from the “community tickets” (ie event uploaded by someone else and who is selling tickets on my site) wil I have access to the registration details, or can I know who has purchased the tickets. Basically Im keen on retaining as much details as possible, either from people purchasing from my website. Id like to know how many tickets are sold for each event on my website etc… is there any way of doing this? Ie knowing who has registered or purchased tickets for a community event?

Hello Sof,

Great question!

Yes, if you the following plugins:

• The Events Calendar
• Community Events
• Event Tickets
• Event Tickets Plus

…then you can add Community Tickets and that will bridge the gap between Community Events and Event Tickets Plus, allowing people who submit events to your calendar to create and sell tickets for those events.

And, when they create the tickets, they can create custom fields for them and that information will be collected and available in the WordPress dashboard for you to see and retain.
