Tickets Feature Question

I am looking to purchase the Tickets plugin but have a question.

I need to sell single tickets (which it obviously does) but am I able to configure group ticket packages as well? Like an item package that includes 5 tickets?

This would be different than just buying 5 individual tickets because the group package is usually offered at a discounted rate.

Hi Louis,

 

Our plugins attach tickets to individual events in the calendar. If your packages are 5 tickets to one event, you could offer that as a separate, say “5-seat” ticket for whatever fee you wanted. The system would actually be treating it as one item, but it might be manageable that way depending on the size of your events. Also, I’d recommend you look into the website of WooCommerce or EDD or whichever ticketing solution you’ve got your eye on. I honestly don’t know how they’re set up to handle bundles, so perhaps that’s something that could be done on their end.

 

If on the other hand, you are talking about purchasing 5 tickets across 5 different events, that is something our plugins cannot do. If it can be done at all, it would have to be through the partner that handles the e-commerce transaction.
