ParticipantI am using The Events Calendar (with Event Tickets Plus and the Event Calendar Pro. I have an event people are purchasing tickets for and I have the QR code turned on. When an order is made, the purchaser receives the Invoice email, and when receiving the email the tickets are supposed to be in, the email in blank.
How do I fix this?
All plugins, Avada theme and WP are up to date with all patches up to date.

ParticipantThe emails are being sent – see attachment as an example of what the email looks like.
Also attached is a screen shot of the TICKET page in the Admin area for Events.
I have also disabled all the non-relavent plugins and system still doesn’t send out content in the email.

MemberHi There!
I’m sorry to hear you are having that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
Does re-sending the ticket email works? You can try this by navigating to the WooCommerce order for the tickets and in the Order Actions metabox choose “Resend tickets email”.
There could be an error somewhere. Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times (by resending the tickets email), so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Thanks,

MemberHi,
Thanks for testing that out and for sending over the logs.
I’m not able to replicate the same issue on my local installation.
The logs indicate there is a plugin or some code using the woocommerce_add_order_item_meta function, which is deprecated in WooCommerce 3.4.4. Event Tickets Plus, has checks to prevent the use of this deprecated function.
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference, could you please try creating a new event with a ticket and make some test purchases and see if the ticket email get sent? Please try this while still under default conditions (only our plugins, WooCommerce and default WP theme)
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
