ParticipantTickects are not being sent out to the customers, I noticed there is no recipient on the woocommerce email notifications. How do I add the customer recipient? (I tried to click on tickets to enter it as I did for the others).

MemberGood evening Gianrene and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets not being sent out to your customers.
I would love to help you with this topic.Full disclosure, we are working on improving that portion of the code.
However, until we do, you should still be able to send tickets to your customers. It will mostly depend on 2 things:
- Your settings under Events -> Settings -> Tickets (When should tickets be emailed to customers?). On some installations, the tickets are only being sent when the order’s status is “complete”.
- If at some level the tickets are being sent by WPMail, they might get blocked in the process on certain server configurations.
To fix the second issue, you could use a third-party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ . Just make sure it is configured and tested.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantHey, thanks for the reply. They were in fact being sent, but landing in
the spam or junk folder.I set up my SMTP server and they are now being delivered at the inbox.
PS: there should really be a events check in user role to make the check in
process smoother and a qr reader built-in. But, that’s just my wishful
thinking.Keep doing an awesome job guys.

Thank you for writing back and for your great words 🙂
I am super stoked that helped you fix the issue!PS: there should really be a events check in user role to make the check in process smoother and a qr reader built-in. But, that’s just my wishful
thinking.Actually, there is a ticket for that!
As for the App, you can vote for it here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/11304501-develop-an-android-and-ios-app-for-qr-code-scannin
Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
