Tickets displaying in user profile

Hello,

For some reason all of the event tickets I am offering to my customers are showing up in their “my account”>profile page as a list to be added to their cart. This looks sloppy and there are too many ticketed events showing up, one that I would at least like to hide. How can I hide some or all of these from showing in their profile?

Hi Keith,

This is a bit strange! Can you tell me how this profile page is being generated? Is it coming from your theme or another plugin, or is it a standard page that you created in the Pages section of your Dashboard?

Please also try running through these steps to see if there are any issues between Event Tickets Plus and something else on your site? If you don’t have a testing site already, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

It’s a page that is generated in pages, but through woo commerce I think, since the only text in the page setup is “[woocommerce_my_account]”

Thanks for clarifying that Keith! I did some testing on my end, but so far I have not been able to recreate this issue. Were you still running into the same issue with all other plugins besides Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and WooCommerce disabled and a default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled?
