    I have seen a few other threads related to this topic but no conclusive solution or explanation. This morning at around 9am the tickets for an event that began at 10am just disappeared from our website. They were still available on the actual Eventbrite event webpage and even the link from our facebook events calendar still worked, but the ticket box iframe on the Events Calendar event on our site was missing.

    I check the website, server and eventbrite times and timezones and everything was set correctly. Any idea why this may have happened? All of our other events that take place a few days from now still have a ticket box displaying perfectly…

    Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    We are sorry to hear about the Eventbrite ticket disappearing on you. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Could you tell me if this happened before or after the update to version 4.3 of our plugin ?

    Secondly, I will need to reproduce this on my end to be able to pinpoint what went wrong.
    To achieve that, would you mind providing me with screenshots of:

    1. The “Edit Event” screen for that event
    2. The Eventbrite Ticket details both in the Event page and on Eventbrite itself

    I recommend using a private reply for these.

    Hang in there as we figure this out.
