ParticipantHello, I was away from the office for a bit, but came back and the discussion was closed. Sorry about that, but I am still experiencing the same problem I was in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-disappear-from-website-a-few-hours-before-event-begins/?action=answer&reply_id=1190408&check=067de50229a4e122d7a06cb5eab4e7dc
I was speaking with Geoff and want to continue the troubleshooting.
Here are the answers to his last few questions:
1. I have included the timezone settings image here for you.
2. The server time settings are also included.
3. No CDN, but we do have whatever the built in WPEngine Caching is standard. Nothing additional added.

MemberHey Doug,
I was just informed of this ticket.
I will gladly resume troubleshooting with you. However, I am out of the office until later tonight.
Hang in there until then!
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHi again Doug,
Thank you for these screenshots.
I would also like to compare this against 2 other things:
- Can you tell me if changing your timezone setting in Events -> Settings -> General has any impact ?
- Would it be possible for you to get your PHP server time (from your webhost) ?
The goal here would be to ensure that every part is synchronized properly.
Have a great day!

ParticipantHi George,
Good question, but the simple answer is no. I took a screenshot of an event that had already passed. That’s why it was set to draft.
I too hope we can resolve this. I am having another issue right now as we speak. I am trying to use legacy import to bring in our December and January programs and I am getting this message:
We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again.
Hope you can help and hope you have a great Thanksgiving weekend.

ParticipantHey Doug,
Thanks for your continued patience here.
In your reply above you say:
Good question, but the simple answer is no. I took a screenshot of an event that had already passed. That’s why it was set to draft.
Just to be clear:
1. For any future event you make, does the status always get automatically set to “Draft” like in the above screenshot?
2. For any future event you make, if you change it from “Draft” to “Published” right there in the wp-admin edit screen, save the event, then come back to check on the event a few hours later, is it still “Published”? Or has it been re-set to “Draft”?
This question may sound nit-picking, but is important and could reveal much about the nature of the problems here.
Thanks!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
