ParticipantI need to make few of the changes in ticketing system, please help me that how I can achieve that
1- Currently there are two types of tickets “RSVP” and “selling tickets” both have different behavior. I want to have same behavior for both or either I can use “sell tickets” if the price is $0 rather than using RSVP
“the behavior should be same for RSVP or for ticket. or if tickets can be $0 then we can just use tickets don’t use RSVP, but behavior must be same”
2- each event can only be booked once by one account, means if I register for an event with my account, maybe I buy 10 tickets, but after I buy I cannot buy again. I can only register once.
3- admin needs to be able to limit number of tickets each account allowed to buy, so maybe admin can say “for this event, each account can buy a maximum of 3 tickets”, so maybe admin can say “for this event, each account can buy a maximum of 3 tickets”waiting for your help, suggestions

MemberHi, Naeem.
I appreciate your questions and the desire to customize it for your use. However, we cannot provide such in-depth customization help, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
You can use WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads for free tickets and totally ignore RSVP tickets, if that’s what you’re asking.
There’s currently no way to limit purchase quantity per logged-in user.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If there’s a code snippet you’d like me to put some eyes on or something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
