Tickets CSv not importing correctly

    Hi,

    I am trying to import my ticket CSV file but I keep getting:

    Import complete!
    No Products were imported or updated

    I have checked the Event Ids against the events which I have previously created and they are correct.

    I have attached the csv I am trying to import and some screen shots.

    This is for the theobolds site but we are currently testing locally.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Daniel,

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    The issue I believe is that you have included the currency icon in the price column. Once you remove that and you only have numbers there the import should run fine.

    Let me know if that solves it.
