ParticipantI am having two issues – Note that the payment platform and ticket counts were working until at least early this week.
1) Presented first – Ticket sales stuck at ‘Payment Processing’ only noted as of 5/22/2018. Have not found source of error – unsure how to proceed with testing.
2) Before I can test for this, I will need to resolve the inability to actually change the number in the ticket field. I did update my plugins in an attempt to fix issue #1, which I believe led to this issue. At this time, if you refer to the attached GIF, you can see that the change in amount is being instantly removed and I am unable to add a ticket to purchase. No errors are showing in the console. I’ve done a health check with my plugins and cannot find a cause for the issue.
Using Health Check, I’ve stripped down all active plugins to be the essentials to running Event Plus and used the the Twenty Seventeen theme, with the same results being produced.

I was able to add a ticket on the event page and it was successfully added to the cart. Are you still experiencing this issue?
If so, can you confirm that this still occurs with a WordPress default theme enabled, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

Both fortunately (for the siteis live), and unfortunately for the sake of testing, I was able to roll back the updates I made to the plugins and the functionality returned to normal. I don’t have a great way of reproducing the plugin setup that I had. However, I can tell you that with ONLY the Woocommerce plug in active and the 3 plugins: the Event Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus – of the most current versions – the issue was created and existed on both my theme (theGEM) and on Twenty-Seventeen.
I believe the conflict was happening with the new versions of the plugins. It does not seem to be happening with the older versions I’ve reverted to.

Thanks for your response. I am not able to replicate this issue on my own test site, using the most recent versions of our plugins and WooCommerce, and Twentyseventeen theme.
Can you try updating the plugins again and see if the functionality returns?
