    1. I run events for 6 weeks at a time, for maximum 6 attendees. All recurring events! so whoever want to continue registers again for the next set (+6 weeks)
So if people don’t continue I need to see the updated availability #.

How should I fill up the ‘Submit Event’ in order to archive this?
Recurrence Rules: Every day, Every Week, Custom
    Add Another Rule

    2. Stock: (Total available # of this ticket type. Once they’re gone, ticket type is sold out.) with different type of tickets the availability will be all mess up, right?

    a) If someone completes a purchase but is not going to continue how can/will the availability will be updated?
    b) If someone does not complete a purchase but has added the ticket to the cart, then it will decrease the stock for that ticket until the order is canceled. — How can organizers cancel people that aren’t attending?

    3. Do you have different types of things, it shows PRO users. What other types of users are there?
    What do you mean by:
Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! I’ll do my best to answer your questions.

    1. You can do a one day event that recurs every day for six weeks, or you could do one event that spans for six weeks. I recommend that you read through our guide on Creating an Event. If you’d like to use recurring events, you’ll also want to check out our PRO Recurring Events tutorial.
    2. You can set a specific number of tickets per type, but there is not a way to do a global stock that covers all ticket types and decreases accordingly. However, we are hoping to add global stock in a future release.
2a. Refunds and cancellations differ depending on what ecommerce provider you use.
2b. Admins can cancel events from the backend of the site.
    3. I’m sorry, I don’t understand your question here: Do you have different types of things, it shows PRO users. What other types of users are there?

    What do you mean by:
Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.

This means that you cannot make a ticket for each individual instance of a recurring event. You can make tickets for a full series of recurring events, but the same ticket will appear (and be purchaseable) on all events in that series. This means it doesn’t work as well for someone who wants to do something like a recurring performance and sell tickets for each different night. For your event, I think it will work okay because your customers can buy one ticket from any instance of that event, and thus have access to the whole series. Does that clarify things?

    Best,

    Leah
