    We are using Events Calendar Pro and Events Tickets Plus. Every time we update an event one of the tickets in the event list is turned from a ticket to an event and disappears from the event itself. The ticket then appears in the main events list.

    During the update, the page hangs and gives an unable to load error after about a minute. When we refresh the page, the ticket has disappeared from the list in the event.

    It is always the first ticket in the list that is affected and it is every time we update any text, images or content for any event. When we go to the main events listing, the old ticket is now listed as a unique event in the main listing.

    Also, during the update we cannot update a recurring event because the ticket bug causes the update button to fail and not change an events recurring settings.

    We have premium support, but also wanted to reach out for help from the community. This is causing us problems because once an event is created and tickets created we can no longer update the event otherwise we lose any booked tickets.

    This issue happens every time we update an event and is repeatable and reproducible.

    Any help is really appreciated because it is causing us to lose sales.

    Hi Martin,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…it definitely sounds strange! I don’t see any other reports of this so far and have not been able to reproduce it on my end. If you haven’t done so already, I would first recommend switching to a default theme and simultaneously deactivating all other plugins besides The Events Calendar, Event Tickets Plus, and Events Calendar Pro. Also make sure that you have WP_DEBUG enabled and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply.

    If you can record a screencast of this issue (in the default environment that you’re using for testing), that would be helpful as well.
