    Most of our clients book more than one ticket and would like to print their tickets. We definitely need the option to sent the tickets as single attachments (one .pdf per ticket). Is their any possibility to get this as (paid) add-on?

    Hey Johannes,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Our plugins unfortunately do not provide this feature, nor is there a way to “activate” such a feature by way of a premium add-on. 🙁

    The emailed tickets are indeed still “printable”, if the recipient chooses to print the emails—but there is not a way to include a PDF version as an attachment at this time.

    George, thanks for the reply. Do you know any freelancer, agency or community member who could support us building this feature? Yes, I know the tickets are still printable. If more than one ticket is emailed at once, a page break is missing … and thus the tickets are not in a good shape (often still the QR-Codes are broken). We tried to solve this but as there are a lot of different email clients, using a .pdf is the only option.

    Hey Johannes,

    I totally get how, despite the “printability” of our tickets as-is, a PDF might still be required. Thankfully, it should be relatively simple to do this for any good plugin customizer.
