    Hello,

    The event and the ticket is configured correctly, but the ticket is not showing on the event page. On the event page there is an empty grey box and if I inspect the source there I just see an empty form nothing else. The event url is given below.

    Please help me in this.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I tried to visit your site to see the issue but it looks like the link is just to a hosting type dashboard. Could you send me a direct link to an event that has tickets for sale.

    As a quick check, it sounds like the start and end dates may be set to where the tickets aren’t available for sale yet. You can see that setting when creating the tickets on the events here https://cloudup.com/cfFbJ5r8FyU.

    I’m sorry I wasn’t able to provide a definitive answer but hopefully we can get this cleared up for you quickly.
