I tried to visit your site to see the issue but it looks like the link is just to a hosting type dashboard. Could you send me a direct link to an event that has tickets for sale.
As a quick check, it sounds like the start and end dates may be set to where the tickets aren’t available for sale yet. You can see that setting when creating the tickets on the events here https://cloudup.com/cfFbJ5r8FyU.
