tickets are not sent anymore

Hello, I sent tickets out before, but since a few weeks, noone receives them anymore. I still have a valid account and I didnt change anything. I tried a child theme, but it didnt matter either. Please help me:

I am sorry to hear that your tickets are not being sent as expected.

There are a couple of things I would recommend looking into:

1. Head over to Events -> Settings -> Tickets and scroll down to the very bottom of the page.

   You should see what order status triggers the tickets to be sent. From there you can either tweak the setting or see if your orders have indeed met that status.

2. You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

   Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether. This solves ticket sending issues by making sure the tickets are not treated as spam.

   Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
