Tickets are not being send after purchased

Hello

I have purchased tickets in my shop and also already got the confirmation mail of woocommerce, which says that the tickets will be send in another mail. But this mail is not coming in. I also tried to buy a ticket at your demo site:

http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/

Here it is the same: You get a confirmation from woocommerce, but no mail with the tickets. Is there a way to fix that?

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not being received on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic.

In order for the tickets to be received, the order needs to be set to “Complete”.

Furthermore, please note that at the current time, WPML and Event Tickets Plus+ are not known to play nicely, but we are working on fixing that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/
