I would love to help you with this topic.
But before doing so, I am noticing that you are one version behind on your various the Events Calendar plugins.
I would highly recommend updating them (after a backup, of course).
Since there is currently no built-in way to do this, I believe the best solution to accomplish this is through a bit of template customization.
If you haven’t already, you might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a general sense of how that works.
