Tickets added, but event not showing buy option

Hi,

We are facing an issue. Two events with same configuration and details. One event showing buy option, one event doesn’t. This is urgent to investigate as we are loosing sales.

Will you please send me a screenshot of the start and end sale dates for the event where the tickets are not showing up? It should look something like this.

This will help me check your settings to see if something is awry.

Prices are fine. Stock is available. Something to do with dates? But July 17th is future event.

Looks like its impossible to show ticket info on dates that are LESS then 6-7 days ahead. What do you think?

Hey Tommy,

Thanks so much for the screenshots — those help a ton!

It looks like the tickets in second screenshot (this one) have an end sale date of July 10, 2016 which is past today’s date. That means the tickets are actually not on sale any more and, as such, the tickets will not be displayed on the site. If you were to change the end date to something in the future of today’s date, then the tickets should be displayed.

Does that help clarify what’s happening a bit? Please let me know. 🙂
