1. I would like my tickets in a certain order. Your instructions are too difficult for me to follow. Is there another way to do it without having a lot of computer knowledge?
2. Not all of the tickets I entered are showing up on the event page. I thought maybe I had too many but when I removed two of them, there were even less on the page.
