    I just purchased the event tickets plus forum and I installed the plugin and woo commerce.

    When I go in to edit a ticket, I am given the option to sell using either woo commerce or rsvp.
    I select woo commerce and then enter all the data (price, stock, etc.) and click “save this ticket.”
    I then update the event.

    When I go back in, the ticket is “sell using rsvp” – not woo commerce.

    Any ideas? Thank you!

    When clicking “Save this Ticket”, does it transition to this type of view https://cloudup.com/cTiEaPj70KW rather than continuing to show ticket creation form along with the radio for selecting WooCommerce or RSVP?

    No – it does not. It does show the price and inventory thought.

    Hey Sheila,

    Definitely sounds like there may be something strange going on here. Would you mind sending me the screenshot for what that section looks like after saving the ticket?

    Also, after saving a ticket, can you check the Products section of your dashboard and see if the new ticket you’ve created shows up in the products list table there? I’m thinking there could be an issue here where the ticket isn’t actually getting created when saving.
