Ticket Total Sales Does Not Match Completed Sales

    I have an event that has $1,495 total sales (from 24 tickets) and $1,560 completed sales. There are no deleted attendees, canceled attendees, discounts, or pending payments. Why do these numbers not match? The total should be 24 x $65 = $1,560

    When I go to edit the ticket in the event, I get that red exclamation mark saying that the complete ticket sales does not match the number of attendees. However, when 24 tickets were sold. When I go to the product for that ticket and view the “total_sales” field, it says 24.

    Please let me know if there is any more information you need!

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    As a first step, can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins to the most recent versions, and your WooCommerce plugin, and see if the issue still occurs?

    You may want to create a test event for this purpose to see if the functionality has returned.
