I am having a consistent issue with ticketing numbers on this website. I understand that by default the ticket stock should automatically adjust when a purchase takes place but that is NOT happening. In this case I have to manually reduce the stock.
They are using PayPal to process payments. Even when the order status is changed to processed it still does not reduce the stock.
In a previous thread you told me to change theme to WP 2016 and deactivate ALL plug ins except the following:
Calendar
Calendar Pro
Tickets
Tickets Pro
Woo commerce (tickets pro requires to run properly)
This did not fix the issue, so I know it is not a theme or plugin problem.
You also asked me to enable wp bug however I am using managed wordpress and do not know how to access the config without cpanel.
