    We just updated our staging site to the latest version from 4.0.6 and noticed this problem. I tried the suggestions listed in the other threads but no luck. I disabled most of my plugins and switched the theme to 2015.

    If I edit an existing event and click update the WooCommerce stock goes to zero. It does not appear to effect the RSVP tickets.

    I’m sorry you are having this problem. Let me try to help you with that.

    I disabled most of my plugins …

    For conflict testing it is best to disable all plugins, except for the Modern Tribe ones, and WooCommerce, if that is needed. Can you confirm you did this?

    Could you share which threads you took the suggestions from? So that I know what you tried already, and I don’t give you the same advice. 🙂

    Yes, all plugins were disabled. Everything I read was based around either a template issue or an event calendar snippet causing the problem, both of which were eliminated by testing for conflicts.

    It appears to affect only WooCommerce tickets, not RSVP’s. And to reproduce the problem all I have to do is edit an event, (not change anything) and click update.

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for confirming back and doing thorough testing.

    I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue, but I found a very similar bug already logged in our system with high priority, so a solution is on the way, though I cannot commit to any delivery date. I’ll add your thread to the ticket to help our devs.

    I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix. I will also ask the team if they have an impromptu solution until the fix arrives.
