    Our client has alerted us to a problem they’re having with the Events Tickets Plus plugin, which has appeared recently. We have updated both Event Tickets and Plus to the latest versions, to no avail.

    When creating tickets on a post, they are using different tickets to be sold on different dates (for ‘early bird’ pricing), however when saving the post, the Start Sale date on all the tickets reverts to the current time. The End Sale dates seem to save correctly.

    Going back onto the post and editing the dates, then saving it again seems to then save the start dates correctly, it only appears to be an issue when creating a new post with tickets.

    During testing we also discovered another issue when we tried disabling all plugins (except this and WooCommerce of course), we found that when editing the existing post, both start and end date fields displayed as empty, however in the markup the date is there as the value, and is in the database, but with the same issue regarding the start dates reverting to the current time.

    Thanks so much for reaching out and for providing such a detailed description of your issue!

    Unfortunately, this is currently a known bug in our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.  I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.  They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.  The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
