Ticket shows on events list but not on single event page

    Hello,

    Sometimes when I add a ticket with Events tickets plus it shows on the events list but not on the single event page. I then have to erase and recreate it for it to work.

    It is a bit unnerving and creates worries that it could happen randomly to events created properly.

    Hi Nicolas,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with tickets…could you please send me a link to an event where this is happening so that I can take a look and see what’s going on?

    If you haven’t done so already, I would also recommend testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins to see if there is something else on your site that may not be getting along well with one of our plugins.

    Hello Jennifer,

    As you can see, the RSVP doesn’t appear on the single event page:
    https://hautlescours.fr/stage-cours/stage-couture-patronage-vetements-de-base-jupe-23-24-fevrier-2018/

    But it does on the list of events (see the last event of the page):
    https://hautlescours.fr/planning-stages-cours/liste/?tribe_paged=2&tribe_event_display=list

    I will try to see if there is a plugin conflict.

    Do not take into account the previous e-mail, the problem for this event is
    solved. Maybe it had to do with the cache. However it will probably happen
    again, I will try to investigate.
